Fulcrum
Have you ever had an internal conversation?
Trying to relieve some of life's frustration.
With words in your head going round and round
looking for the right answer to be found.
Prayers and logic seem to be the gist of this game
with hope that your problems will not remain.
Be it Happiness or simply life's pains
 seem the most torment for our brains.
We exert so much energy for a solution
and when we grow older we find evolution.
With some growing kinder, gentler and meek
and others falling prey to the evil they speak.
So the next time your trapped within your own mind
going round and round with no solutions to find.
Remember all we do generally in life as a whole
is "try to seek pleasure" or "avoid pain" as our mind takes a stroll.
